Toronto and the GTA offers so many beautiful locations for photography. I have found some hidden gems but also explored well known photoshoot spots.

1. James Gardens
Located in Toronto West, James Gardens is a beautiful place with an ever changing flower garden, a small pond and some rustic bridges. It is the perfect place for sunset sessions as it does not get too crowded.
No entrance fee, parking is free
2. Evergreen Brickworks
Located in Central Toronto, it is a former quarry and industrial site that connects with a large peaceful park. Evergreen Brickworks is perfect for shooting during all four seasons of the year.
No entrance fee, paid parking on site
3. Alan Gardens Conservatory
Located in Downtown Toronto, Alan Gardens is a beautiful place to take photos both inside and outside. The indoor gardens are full of flowers and tropical plants. It is great to use during colder months of the year.

4. Scarborough Bluffs
Located in Scarborough on the shores of Lake Ontario, Bluffer’s Park Beach is very popular location because it looks like you’re in the tropics! Beautiful views and sandy beaches make for a great summer vibe kind of shoot.
No entrance fee, paid parking on site
5. Humber Bay Park
Also on the shores of Lake Ontario, West of downtown, the park offers skyline Toronto City views.
No entrance fee, paid parking on site
6. Local Farms (spring to fall)
Located close distance to Toronto, great to go to from May to October to photograph in wild flowers, tulips, lavender, sunflowers, pumpkins and more!
Entrance fee $80, parking is free
7. Miller Lash House
Located in Scarborough, it’s a picturesque century old historical house surrounded by a creek valley.
Permit required, parking is free
8. Kariya Park
A beautiful serene green space in the heart of Mississauga featuring Japanese inspired gardens.
No entrance fee, paid street parking
9. Guild Park & Gardens
Also know as Guild Inn in Scarborough, a great spot for those interested in architecture with over 70 facades, columns and statues.
Permit required over the weekends only, free parking
10. Lenka Life Studio
Located in Cabbagetown, downtown Toronto, perfect for when it’s raining, cold or you wanna shoot indoors.
No booking fee, parking is free
